Our experience with Shannon, our rental agency realtor, was fantastic! Her professionalism and knowledge were evident throughout the entire process. We needed a rental property quickly, and she worked diligently on our behalf – nothing was too much trouble for her. She took the time to understand our preferences and went above and beyond, making multiple trips to show us various apartments. Not only did she negotiate the best price for us, but she also ensured the apartment was clean and ready to move straight in. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free. Without her expertise and dedication, finding our ideal rental would have been extremely challenging in the short time we had. I wholeheartedly recommend Shannon for her outstanding service! Five stars!
